Fabulous service. Can't recommend them highly enough. The country I reside in has extremely poor postal service, but the brilliant team at The British Corner Shop, continually hassled the independent couriers here and I received my package gratefully. Thank you to you all :)

Items arrived in good condition there was however a longer delivery time than normal, perhaps current conditions of Brexit and Covid were to blame.

Where is my stuff?

I am happy with my order. It will be good to order more varieties again.
I have one remark and that is I ordered a bottle of Apple and Rhubarb drink and I have to say the taste was undrinkable. All the other drinks were fine.

Okay,good service but not what I was expecting overall .

Ordered on 12th March but not yet received. Now 25th of March .

This is the first time I used the British Corner Shop as I found they had salt and vinegar and cheese and onion pom bears in stock which most other supermarkets had one, or other, or both out of stock.
When one has a child with autism on a limited diet, one tends to grab at the things they will eat whenever the need arises or when conventional supply let's you down.
Whilst ordering these items, great emphasis was placed on choice and duration of delivery and I opted to pay extra and have them delivered in 1-2 days by DPD.
What I had not had brought to my attention through the ordering process, or if it was, it wasn't as emphasised as delivery times, was the fact that items are despatched in 1 - 3 working days, as I first noticed when I went to track my order.
As of today, having ordered on the 11th, my order has still not been despatched.
I think it's fair to say, I simply would not have ordered and paid the premium price or delivery charge, had I known that this order could take up to 7 days to arrive.
Very disappointed.

Delighted that my parcel arrived safely in Germany, in spite of all the issues caused by Brexit. The parcel was really well packed - everything arrived in perfect condition. And I can't fault the friendly, helpful customer service - thanks Kate! I will certainly be ordering from the British Corner Shop again!

Just awful. My wife is giving birth in 2 days. She asked me if I can get her a miklyway chocolate as we dont have those in our country. So she can eat it afterwards as she cant have sugar atm. I've ordered it online on the British corner shop .A MONTH AGO.
Still no delivery. no info. no communication.
Unreliable.

Overall pleased with my delivery. Box was well packed with items. There was at least three months for biscuits, cereals and sweets best before dates. Had ordered tins but unfortunately four of the six were badly dented so didn’t consider safe to use. Would possibly order again but definitely not tinned items.
